Officials of the Kosovo Competition Authority, chaired by Commissioner Fatime Haziri, met on September 30 with representatives of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to discuss various issues related to competition policies.
Among other things, the officials of our institution have informed the NBFI officials about the prohibited agreements in the form of cartels, the abuse of the dominant position as well as the concentrations of the enterprises.
KCA is committed to advocating for raising awareness of competition policies in various sectors and remains open to cooperating with various actors to achieve this goal.
