A new cooperation has been established between the Competition Authority of the Republic of Kosovo and the Academy of European Law.
On 13 September 2023, the Authority’s Chairperson Neime Binaku- Isufi and Jean-Philippe Rageade, Director of the Academy, signed the agreement at ERA’s conference centre in Trier.
A notable pillar of ERA’s development strategy is promoting European law training in the Western Balkan states. Under this agreement, selected staff members from the Competition Authority of the Republic of Kosovo can attend European competition law training events.
Both Neime Binaku-Isufi and Jean-Philippe Rageade expressed satisfaction at the accord. ‘The agreement will pave the way for establishing bilateral relations on very specific areas between our two institutions’, said Ms Binaku-Isufi.
