Kosovo is participating in the Global Forum on Competition hosted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development @OECD - OCDE
The Chairperson of the Commission of the Competition Authority, Mrs. Neime Binaku-Isufi, as a representative of Kosovo, joined officials from over 110 other authorities and organisations from around the world in this annual event.
The Forum opened its sessions on the theme "From Globalisation to Regionalisation" and followed with three other sessions open to competition authorities: Alternatives to Leniency Programmes, Use of Economic Evidence in Cartel Cases and Ex-post assessment of merger remedies.
Established in 2001, the OECD Global Competition Forum brings together representatives of international organisations and invited experts, participants debate and discuss key topics on the global competition agenda. With a broad focus on development, the Forum promotes a broader dialogue that includes the links between competition policy and other sectors of economic development.
