Law on competition 2004/36 has aim to ensure sustainable development of the market economy of Kosova by prohibited actions that limit, by doing pressure or disturb competition. This law operates to ensure free and effective competition in the market by relying on three main pillars that define the protection:

  • Legal framework in the form of cartels,
  • Abuse of dominant position and
  • Mergers or† concentrations of undertakings,
